I understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. I kindly ask that you give me 72 hours prior (3 days) to your appointment if you need to cancel. If a 72 hour notice (3 days) is not given, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Any missed appointments or no-shows are subject to a rebooking fee (on a viable credit card), prior to the next appointment, in the amount of half of the service total. Cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in my schedule and cannot be filled without timely notice. *Please note that I don’t get paid if I don’t have a client in my chair. Time is valuable to everyone. This notification courtesy enables me to schedule another appointment and in turn, maintain a higher availability of services for you as well as others . So only book a time you know you can keep. Due to my scheduling commitments to other guests schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late and you will be charged a rebooking fee 50% of service, again, prior to rebooking. Retail returns: only excepted within one month of purchase and not on product used more than 3/4 of full.
